In this article, we are going to show you how to provide users outside of your organisation, access to a project on Operance. Please follow the steps listed below.
You are working on a project on Operance, and need to provide someone outside (external) of your organisation access to the project for various reasons. These reasons could be that they need to view the information, edit the information or take responsibility of the information.

You can provide individual users outside of your organisation access to your project, or you can provide entire organisations access to your project. If you want to provide an entire organisation access to your project, click here.

Click on the settings menu icon.
Click on the option to manage your projects as shown in the image.
Select the project and press the pink plus icon.
Type in the email address(es) of the user(s) you want to invite to the project.on the button, Create Organisation
Click on preview once you are happy to move forwards.
Select the permissions that you would like to provide to the user(s).
Click confirm when you are happy to move forwards.
Congratulations, you have now invited an external user to the project!
