In this article, we are going to show you how to un-assign (revoke) project access to an external organisation within Operance. Please follow the steps listed below.
Problem Description:
You need to remove the access that an organisation currently to property sets within your project, after previously providing them with access.
Did you know?
When you remove the access, they will still be able to see the information but they won't be able to edit it until being re-assigned permissions.

Manual Steps:
- Click on a project.
- Click on a building.
- Click on the property set that you would like to un-assign access for.
- Navigate to the right hand side and click on the dropdown window that labels the company in question with current access.
- Click on the button that says unassign to remove the permissions.
- You can also click on the tick box to re-assign the property set to your organisation.
