How To Print PDF Reports

How to Provide a Print Version

Operance provides an O&M export through two files:

  • A PDF export of the O&M
  • A zip file of the associated documents

PDF O&M

The PDF export provides an export of the Operance data.

This data can be printed as a single A4 document print.

The format of the PDF export follows a similar format to the app:

  • Facility Information (this is the same as that available through the ‘Facilities’ tab)
  • Section (the name of each section)
    • Data items (the name and information provided for each data item, for uploaded files, the file name is provided)
  • Floor Information (where applicable, this contains the information within the ‘Floors’ tab)
  • Floor (the name of the floor)
  • Section (the name of each section)
    • Data items (the name and information provided for each data item, for uploaded files, the file name is provided)
  • Space Information (where applicable, this contains the information within the ‘Spaces’ tab)
  • Space (the name of the space)
  • Section (the name of each section)
    • Data items (the name and information provided for each data item, for uploaded files, the file name is provided)
  • System Information (where applicable, this contains the information within the ‘Systems’ tab)
  • System (the name of the system)
  • Section (the name of each section)
    • Data items (the name and information provided for each data item, for uploaded files, the file name is provided)

Zip File of Associated Documents

The zip file has been formatted to follow the same structure as the PDF document.

When printing, the name of each folder should be provided as a separate page or section, where the page or section is provided with the folder name. The files within each ‘section name’ folder will then contain the printed file content.

Within the zip file, the following folder types and files will be provided.

  • Folder (Project Name)
  • *Folder - Facilities
  • *Folder (Facility Name)
  • *Folder (Section Name)
    • *Files - Each file available within the section
  • Folder - Floors (where applicable)
  • *Folder (Floor Name)
  • *Folder (Section Name)
    • *Files - Each file available within the section
  • Folder - Spaces (where applicable)
  • *Folder (Space Name)
  • *Folder (Section Name)
    • *Files - Each file available within the section
  • Folder - Systems (where applicable)
  • *Folder (System Name)
  • *Folder (Section Name)
    • *Files - Each file available within the section
